Ordering Process

Moxie Mat doormats can take 3-10 business days to create. During peak busy seasons, some orders will take longer.

If you need your Moxie Mat sooner please email us as expedited processing can be added for an additional cost. 

Shipping, Returns, Refunds

DUE TO COVID-19 EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS!

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping AFTER mats are completed. We ship via USPS, if within the United States. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address on file that was used to place the order.

Outside of the United States, please send an EMAIL BEFORE ordering for shipping cost to your country.​

ALL of the mats are made to order. We personalize and ship the majority of mats within 3-10 business days, though sometimes it may take longer. 

Returns

It is our hope that your mat brings you as much joy on a daily basis as it did while we designed and painted it. Every single order is double and triple checked during the entire design and painting process. Please understand that each mat is hand painted with the utmost care. Because of this, each mat may vary slightly in color or placement from the digital image shown online. Moxie Mats mat are custom made for each order.
